Hitting the road with Libby's Review & #GIVEAWAY @LibbysTable

*Disclosure: Party of 5 received samples in order to facilitate this review. No monentary compensation was made. All opinions are my own. *

During the summer we travel back and forth a bunch to the Poconos. When there, I try to fins easy healthy snacks that they can transport back and forth or while riding around on the golf carts.
My kids LOVE fruits and vegetables so when we are on the go I try to offer them lots of fruit.

Libbys 4 oz fruit cups are perfect for quick snacks in between playing. Packed 2 ways in pure fruit juice and in no sugar added they are my go to snack for the girls. Libby's fruit cups come in 4 varieties: Mixed fruit, diced peaches, cherry mixed fruit ( my favorite) and diced pears.

Now, there are times at dinner when each girl wants a different vegetable. I don't normally offer a variety at each meal but with Libbys Vegetable Cups I now can. Each container of Libby's vegetable cups contain 1/4 cups of veggies-one serving of the 2-3 cups kids need.

Libby's Vegetqble cups come in 4 varieties: Sweet corn, sweet peas, cut green beans and diced carrots. Mama loves that the girls are getting the veggies they need and that I can serve them anytime, even on the go!

Something I have always done since my son was a little boy is take cherry mixed fruit and puree it to make fruit pops. Doing this I would have to take out our ancient blender that has 4 pieces and that was a huge pain.

With our Cuisinart Immersion Blender I can whip them up really quickly!

Instead of just adding the Cherry Mixed Fruit I added some sweet corn. The kids had no idea and really liked the flavor!

Please join Libby’s for a Twitter party at 2:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, June 17th. Follow the hashtag #BuildingBlocks and our Twitter handle, @LibbysTable. During this hour, connect with other moms to chat about your best tricks and tips for raising healthy eaters.
