How Far Along: 9 weeks 2 days!
Size of baby: baby is the size of a grape
Sleep: I am exhausted ALL the time. I go to bed around 7:30/8 when the girls do and get up at 6:30
Total Weight Gain: I've lost about 10lbs being so sick
Symptoms: Nausea!! It's constant and was so horrible last week I couldn't even get out of bed for the week. Tender boobs and exhaustion
Movement: Nope, not yet
Maternity Clothes: I have some but haven't worn any yet. I have been sticking to sweats and yoga pants.
Go-to eats: UGH food, I haven't been eating much due to the nausea but this past weekend I finally had a bagel and a half plus some pasta for dinner. Im trying to stick to non greasy foods now since I think they bring the nausea on
Best moment of the week: Feeling almost "normal" on Sunday
Gender: I keep thinking this one is a girl as well just die to the symptoms I'm having, They are the same that I had with Peyton and Olivia. Branden REALLY wants a brother and the girls REALLY want a sister. Either way someone will be disspointed!
What I wish people knew: that the nausea is NO.JOKE!! Seriously, it's so debilitating.
What I’m looking forward to: Second Trimetster!! Come on February 24th!!
Milestones: She's starting to look more and more human. Her essential body parts are accounted for, though they'll go through plenty of fine-tuning in the coming months. Other changes abound: Your baby's heart finishes dividing into four chambers, and the valves start to form — as do her tiny teeth. The embryonic "tail" is completely gone. Your baby's organs, muscles, and nerves are kicking into gear. The external sex organs are there but won't be distinguishable as male or female for another few weeks. Her eyes are fully formed, but her eyelids are fused shut and won't open until 27 weeks. She has tiny earlobes, and her mouth, nose, and nostrils are more distinct. The placenta is developed enough now to take over most of the critical job of producing hormones. Now that your baby's basic physiology is in place, she's poised for rapid weight gain.
I am starting to feel almost like myself. Some days are better than others. The blog has been so neglected and I have so many posts for you guys but I just cannot find the time or energy to sit and write.
Make sure you keep on following because in March the Baby Extravaganza Event starts up and there are some AMAZING prizes being given away!
