The SnugRide® Click Connect™ 40 is the only infant car seat that provides rear-facing protection for babies from birth to 2 years old, as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Learning about keeping or loves ones safe and snug and REAR facing until they are 2 years old was very informative, especially for the fist time parents that attended the event.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recently made the recommendation to keep all children in rear-facing car seats until the age of 2. Graco set out to make this product so parents can keep infants rear facing longer while still keeping them comfortable.

I learned the new(er) recommendation is to keep kids rear facing for two years. I also learned the adjustable base grows with your child to provide more leg room - which is great because my son is very tall and I don't think our current seat could comfortably keep him rear facing much longer...
