8th Continent Soy Milk Review {Giveaway}

I had the amazing opportunity to review 8th Continent Soy Milk. I have always wanted to try Soy Milk but have been too chicken and am far too cheap to dump a container of milk down the drain if no one in the house likes it.
My local Shop Rite only carries the Original Soy Milk so I brought that one home for my family to give it a try.

While it definitely has a different taste, its not bad at all in fact Olivia LOVES it. Peyton is not a fan and Branden and Hubs are too stubborn to try it.
I used it in my coffee on Monday morning and surprisingly I really enjoyed it. I'm sold. It has just the right amount of sweetness for my coffee.

•8 Grams of soy protein

•Excellent source of calcium

•Made from U.S. grown soybeans that have not been genetically engineered (non-GMO)

•May reduce the risk of heart disease* and high blood pressure and stroke**

•Certified by the American Heart Association

I will be visiting my other local grocery stores this week to see if I can find the Light chocolate. Chocolate milk is a big thing in our house and I would much rather my kids drink the soy milk!
Now, for the fun part!

My favorite feature about 8th Continent Soymilk is that it is dairy free and still an excellent source of calcium! I don't drink regular milk so I'm happy to get my calcium by drinking soymilk. Thanks!
